Minnesota's 8th Congressional District

The 8th District covers all of Aitkin, Carlton, Cass, Chisago, Cook, Crow Wing, Hubbard, Isanti, Itasca, Kanabec, Koochiching, Lake, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Pine, St. Louis, and Wadena Counties; as well as southeastern Beltrami County.

This area includes some of Minnesota's most beautiful natural resources: the North Shore of Lake Superior, the unspoiled Boundary Waters Canoe Area, extending

along the U.S./Canadian border; the Chippewa and Superior national forests; Grand Portage National Monumen; the St. Croix National Wilderness and Scenic River; as well as numerous wildlife refuges and state forests.
